At PawNest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
